Recently (October) I drove to Ballard, to the north of Seattle…a challenge going alone to new territory in the dark and with our first rain, but I made it. It’s an interesting place… it’s a house in an urban residential neighborhood that they’ve made into a concert site for ‘smaller’ artists. Lots of beautiful houses in the area. The concert was in a room with about 50 people…Anna Tivel always amazes with her poetic lyrics, nice melodies, and friendlym, calm persona. The two other musicians with her were stellar. NOTE – This was my first time to a public event since the start of the pandemic in February 2020! About half of us in the audience were still wearing masks. Everyone was tolerant and respectful. I’m glad I came out for this.

Very interesting and I will check her out
