Walking the Walk

sabel and I have been walking two miles or so every day either in the evening or the morning. Today was great …quiet …no traffic…. I could hear the birds. And it does so much good for the both of us in so many ways. The body, the soul, the brain, a marriage, and so on.  All good things worth helping! We intend to keep it up in the future. We go at a fairly quick pace…It’s a good way for us to be together and do something that is healthy and invigorating.  I can almost hear the comments in the neighborhood…”There they go again!”
