We had warnings of big 40 mph wind and rain coming through Seattle recently.  Not so much in hills of Renton though. And the rain is intermittent here and most often light and misty. Seattle people frown on using umbrellas. It’s all hats and hoods instead. I lived with fairly frequent truly strong winds in both San Francisco and Erie and other Pennsylvania towns. This is our first autumn out here so we’ll see…today there were some leaves falling and getting moved all over. Fall was always my favorite season back east so I was happy to see that today. Always enjoyed walking with that new chill in the air.
